Did you give this time longer than the video lasts to adjust to your input? I've noticed that once at a decent speed, because of the way the circuits work, the train will really only pick up speed in PARALLEL. Finally, these old electric motors do take time to accelerate again once in braking. It worked for me to just stop, reset the cab, and get moving again. I don't know if this is an intended element of the simulation or not, but I've shorted out trains before by changing the throttle too fast, especially between braking and throttle on a single handle. The older electrics are especially sensitive, since you're not changing inputs in a computer but actually opening and closing circuits directly. It's good practice with all trains to be more deliberate with the throttle and waiting for the train to adjust to your last input before going at it again. Another thing that could be an issue is your rapid fire throttle movement. This bug happens if you get into the seat of a train after a service has started. I've never seen it do this, but it will do things like open doors for you, reopen doors if you close them early, and occasionally drive off without you if you leave the cab. It's hard to tell if that's the actual case since you close doors in the tab menu rather than with the in-cab buttons which will do the same thing, but driving with the AI also in control of the train has caused problems. First that sound of the door close button being pressed three times could mean you're sharing control with the AI, which is a known bug. There are a few things I notice off the bat here that while they may not be the problem, I'd recommend trying without to see if there's a difference. I can get you the link if you can't find it. So I would definitely report this through Dovetale's reporting, if not for bugs, at least for troubleshooting. I actually don't see anything clearly wrong you did.

Was thinking about how to make it more interesting and getting them above ground too, and thought about making it into a scavenger hunt - things like bringing back a souvenir/historical fact/photo of a monument/ getting a selfie with a beefeater etc.ДЄny ideas/thoughts would be appreciated.Interesting. We thought we could pull out all the zone 1+2 cards and split into two teams and then each team take say 4 cards and have a race to see who can get to all 4 stations and back the quickest (photos taken as evidence).

We have an afternoon free so we though what if we did a real life version of the London board game. Their favourite board game is the London board game based on getting to random stations on the tube. I asked them what they wanted to do this time and they said they didn't mind as long as there were plenty of tube rides and changing lines.
